Vivid Thinking has translated, redeveloped, and scaled down corporate marketing methodologies, and made them accessible and affordable for regionally-based small businesses.

This service provides a focus on your business objectives with tailored, hands-on educational workshops and resources to transfer our skills and knowledge to you, the customer. In 2016 Vivid Thinking won the Armidale Business Chamber and the New England North West Region Awards for Innovation, going on to represent Armidale at the State level.

This transformation included leading a major brand research project, strengthening UNE marketing frameworks, and outpacing its competitors in social media marketing.
Marketing Communications Manager, Fujitsu PC Asia Pacific (Australia)
Ingrid spearheaded Fujitsu PC Asia Pacific (Australia) into the Australian marketplace.
Corporate Communications Manager, Lucent Technologies Australia and New Zealand
As part of the communications team, Ingrid managed the communications strategy for its 2001 corporate restructure. Leading the corporate communications programmes and activities with innovative thinking, Ingrid boosted their speaker programme and increased their Australian and New Zealand web presence. She designed the first Australian Lucent Centre Facility Tour, with the opening attended by the Prime Minister Mr. John Howard, and designed a national premium programme resulting in projected cost savings of 30-50%.
Marketing Communications Manager, Enterprise Services, Hewlett-Packard Australia and New Zealand
Conceptualised and delivered the award-winning ANZ e-services launches, the HP Garage Programme, and the global launch of the first WAP transaction on a stock exchange (New Zealand). As the Marketing and Communications Manager for the Enterprises Services Division, ANZ, Ingrid managed media liaison playing a leading role in high profile campaigns, announcements and events. events, conferences and sales incentive programmes. Her achievements included reducing the building costs of exhibition stands by 70% while maintaining quality and creativity. During a stint as a Channel Partner Manager HP saw significant increases in the number of ESRI licenses sold within Australia.

Cas Matarazzo – Operations, Content and Digital

Cas cut his teeth in design crafting logos, t-shirts and posters for friends while growing up performing in local bands. After touring Australia multiple times and recording overseas, he pursued his creativity academically, studying writing & screen production.

Since graduating, Cas has been fortunate to produce content for large national corporations, artists and small businesses in the service sector. He thrives in the space where creativity meets commerce, designing content that strives to mutually benefit clients and their audiences with meticulous attention to marketing strategy.

He is the proud father of two boys, is working on letting go of his dream of racing in F1 and is currently working on his own comic.

Sarah Moseley – Content Marketing

Sarah is a results-driven content specialist who is passionately creative and consistently strives to provide the ultimate collaborative client experience.

She specialises in working with new and existing small businesses and startups, helping them to fulfil their business growth objectives, management of their digital media presence, as well as, implementing community engagement strategies and encouraging a collaborative approach towards successful brand development.

During the course of her career, Sarah has enjoyed achieving challenging goals in her leadership roles for national brands and not for profits. 

Whilst her academic pursuits have primarily been based on her creative talents, she has worked hard to achieve further educational goals in speech pathology and psychology. Sarah is a devoted mother and can often be found spending her spare time volunteering, pursuing creative passions or spending time outdoors with her two rescue dogs, Spike and Suko.

 

Myles Hart – Digital

A traveller at heart (no pun intended), Myles spent his years immediately after graduating, traveling Asia and the Americas. Over this time, he became a qualified ski instructor, attained his diving certificate and learnt (and has since forgotten) Spanish and Thai. 

With experience in multiple digital mediums, Myles is no stranger to a long list of digital marketing such as social media, ads management, copywriting, EDM’s and more.

He uses his degree in Marketing and Tourism Management with his unusual combination of life experiences to produce unique marketing campaigns, to help you and your customers look at things from a different perspective.

Amalie Hart – Digital

Long time traveller, events manager, marketer and snow enthusiast, Amalie enjoyed a long career in the international education space before covid brought upon new opportunities.

With years of experience in digital marketing, her strengths include content creation, social media management, copywriting and campaign management.

Amalie has been recognised as strong performer, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and consistently meet and exceed established goals and objectives, and is ready to turn your next marketing campaign from bad to fab!
